We look forward to welcoming representatives of churches from across our NWBA community to our annual gathering on 22nd September in Burnley. Our AGM provides opportunity for our trustees and staff team to outline their plans and priorities for our shared life together and includes formal adoption of our annual accounts and the election of trustees. A copy of the invitation letter sent out to all of our churches can also be downloaded here

The gathering will begin at 5pm with a short formal business meeting, after which light refreshments will be served. We will then begin our evening update and celebration, which provides an opportunity to hear more about our work and vision together as Baptists in North Wales and Nort West England. Through our Annual theme Open our Eyes there will be a particular opportunity to find out more about two national initiatives Project Violet and Everyone Everywhere

While member churches can send up to two voting delegates to the business meeting, anyone is welcome to attend. If you are able to email admin@nwba.org.uk in advance to let us know you are coming, this helps with our planning, but please don't stay away just because you haven't told us you're coming.

The meeting will also include the appointment of NWBA trustees to serve in the coming years. Details of those who have been nominated can be found through this link
