The North Western Baptist Association is looking to appoint a new Regional Minister
following the retirement of Andrew Funnell.
Baptist life in the UK is going through a period of rapid change, with the denominational changes brought
about through the BUGB Futures process and developments in Association life.
This appointment is a key element in how NWBA is responding to these changes; it will play a strategic role in
helping us take the necessary steps forward.
The person appointed will be working with our existing staff team,
taking responsibility for the provision of pastoral care to ministers and churches.
They will work with Phil Jump (Team Leader) helping develop structures and systems to
enable the association to be as effective as possible. Supporting the Association through a period
of significant transformation, they will be facilitating change so we remain focused on
helping churches and ministers engage in mission.
