Special General Meeting - 2019

Articles of Association

NWBA has called a Special General Meeting on 28th March 2019. The first formal item of business is the Adoption of new Articles of Association. These will replace the Memorandum of Association and the Articles of Association that were adopted when NWBA was established in 2001.

The meeting has been called to formalise a series of decisions taken over the last three years through a number of consultations and General Meetings. You can click here to read questions and answers from previous meetings. You can also download a theological overview of the structures of NWBA, which was requested at our AGM in September 2018.
