Special General Meeting - 2019

Appointment of Trustee Board

NWBA has called a Special General Meeting on 28th March 2019. The meeting will be invited to adopt new Articles of Association which will re-structure the Trustee Board. This will require the appointment of a new Trustee Board. A proposed procedure is that up to 8 of the existing trustees will stand for re-election and nominations will be sought for up to 4 trustee positions.

Re-election of existing trustees: Subject to the proposed nomination procedure being adopted by the meeting, nominations will be received for up to 6 existing trustees to be re-elected. (These will retire at the AGM in 2020 and 2021.) They will also nominate the Employee Trustee. Details of those nominated are available by clicking here.
